Oat tops, Chamomile and Nettle Tea

This blend is using herbs that have been historically used for, Oat straw to nourish the nervous system, Chamomile to relax the digestive system and nettle add and mineral boost. I heard a story about a woman who worked in a care home giving oat straw to the residents and in several cases it helped some develop better cognition.

As well as being an artist and maker I am also a hedgerow herbalist. These are skills I use at home for myself and my family and friends. In the spirit of community I'm offering some herbal gifts up here also to help fund mydream of making and growing with others.

I am not a medical professional, this tea is not to be used in place of medical support. Please seek medical advice where needed.

Please do your own research and make sure you are NOT allergic to any of the ingrediance before using. Thank you

How to make tea with loose herb.

You can use a large jar or cafeter to make a brew with loose tea. Whatever you choose it is best if you steep it for 15 to 45 minutes. Measure out 1-2 tablespoons depending how strong you like it, per cup volume of hot water. The longer you leave it the more constituents will be drawn out from the herbs.

All ingredients are organic and packaging biodegradable. The stickers are made from grass and the bags are from cellulose.
