Brain Food

£6.50

Tulsi, Gotu Kola, Chamomile, Shandra Berry and Eleutherococcus

This blend is using herbs that have historically an affinity for, Relaxing the stomach and mind while also stimulating the brain in less stressful ways. In Asia there is a story about elephants grazing on Gotu Kola and the locals believe that it helps their long memory, I do not know if this is true or not but it gave me a smile on hearing it.

As well as being an artist and maker I am also a hedgerow herbalist. These are skills I use at home for myself and my family and friends. In the spirit of community I'm offering some herbal gifts up here also to help fund mydream of making and growing with others.

I am not a medical professional, this tea is not to be used in place of medical support. Please seek medical advice where needed.

Please do your own research and make sure you are NOT allergic to any of the ingrediance before using. Thank you
